When you choose a partner for life, make sure you choose wisely! Take time to really get to know that person, because who people are on the outside may not be who they are inside. Make sure a potential spouse has the same values as you. One day you may have children, and if your values are different your children will be confused. Don't let your values be taken away by someone else.
Make holidays and holy days special, celebrated, and revered.
I love to read: mysteries, 19th century historical fiction, biographies of people who make a difference, and Christian books that encourage me to be a faithful, warmer, more positive and joyous person. I really enjoy learning, I'm curious! I love learning about history and other cultures, I love old black and white movies beginning from 1932, and Westerns from the 40's and 50's. One thing I don't do enough of, is attend live theatre/plays/symphonies.

The Final Summit by Andy Andrews
The Final Summit by Andy Andrews
As always, I was not at all disappointed when reading Andy Andrews’ latest book. I found this book to be life changing, thought provoking, humorous, historical, and an all round enjoyable book. If you’ve ever questioned your purpose in life, then this is a must read for you, because no matter what your station in life, we can all find satisfaction in being who we are and extending that to the benefit of others.
I really like Andy Andrews’ writing style. He writes in story form so that you are getting not just a novel but some history. My curiosity is actually peaked about some of the well known and not so well known characters, and I plan on doing some further reading about those people. The book was easy to read and the use of humour at the right time, was perfect!
The Final Summit, as with other books by this author, really does not tell me anything that I did not already know. It just brings these facts to the forefront of my mind and truly encourages me to live my life to the fullest. This book is inspiring to me and I am certainly challenged to be the best I can be. I loved being introduced to historical characters and really do look forward to more reading by Andy Andrews. I recommend this book to everyone. I wish that I had read books like this when I was in my youth and just starting life; I know it would have impacted me positively and that the values presented would have stayed with me through life.
Thanks to Booksneeze for this complimentary book for me to review. It certainly was my pleasure to do so!
